BRADFORD, PA — December 3, 2025: Bradford City Police have arrested 44-year-old Daryl Robinson, charging him with multiple felony sex offenses involving two minors over a period of several years. Authorities say additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.

According to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer, the case began when a six-year-old girl reported to police and Children and Youth Services that Robinson sexually assaulted her while she was at her babysitter’s residence in Bradford. She was examined afterward by a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner at BRMC.

During the investigation, police were also contacted by a 13-year-old girl living in the same home, who reported that Robinson had been assaulting her since she was eight years old. She told investigators that the abuse escalated over time and that Robinson sometimes photographed her using a cell phone. She also reported that Robinson instructed her not to tell anyone.

Officer Tyler Blair and Chief Michael Ward led the investigation, interviewing the children and multiple witnesses and reviewing forensic evidence. Based on this work, Officer Blair filed the criminal complaint and obtained an arrest warrant.

Robinson is charged with:

  • Two counts of Rape of a Child
  • Two counts of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse of a Child

Officers Blair, Colby Keane, and Hobie Milliron located Robinson at a relative’s home late Tuesday and took him into custody. He was arraigned around 11:30 p.m. by Magisterial District Judge William Todd, who set bail at $1 million. Robinson was remanded to jail and is scheduled for Central Court next Thursday.

District Attorney Vettenburg-Shaffer and Chief Ward emphasize that the case remains active and further charges are likely. They urge anyone with information related to the investigation to contact 911 immediately. Suspected child abuse can be reported to ChildLine at 1-800-932-0313.
